**Executive Assistant, this is your **challenge**

As an Executive Assistant, you provide proactive support to the CEO of Nestlé Netherlands and the CFO Benelux. This includes managing schedules, planning meetings, handling correspondence, organizing travel, and managing administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in streamlining daily activities and facilitating an efficient work environment for the executives. Some support is also provided for administrative tasks in Human Resources Function. As an Executive Assistant, you work independently, but have two indirect teams - the Assistants team and Finance team.

**As Executive Assistant you have the following responsibilities**:

- provide proactive agenda management for CEO and CFO. This includes organizing and prioritizing appointments and meetings;
- coordinate annual meeting cycle;
- perform all necessary organizational tasks;
- coordinate and arrange travel logistics;
- provide administrative and secretarial support;
- manage Purchase Order process, including budget monitoring;
- ensure effective internal and external communication.

As Executive Assistant you report to the CEO of Nestlé Netherlands, you also give support to the CFO and Finance Benelux department.

**What we are looking for in our Executive Assistant?**
- experience in effectively managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and optimizing time for executives;
- experience in organizing events, managing projects, and coordinating logistics;
- experience in adapting to changing priorities, handling unexpected situations, and working in fast-paced environments;
- experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) and SAP. Good understanding of and experience with using digital tools and technology;
- important qualities : service-oriented, independent, attention to detail, discretion, confidentiality, problem-solving, proactivity;
- strong written and verbal communication skills. Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English.
