Our warehouses are strategically located in Mississauga, Canada, and Florida, United States. As part of our growth strategy, we are excited to announce the opening of a new facility in Amsterdam, expanding our reach to customers in Europe.

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to the office
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and customer follow-ups
- Assist with basic shipping and receiving tasks
- Help with website development tasks, including translations and writing various types of content
- Opportunity to support our marketing team by creating and contributing to social media content
- Provide general office duties, including filing, organizing, and scheduling
- Support the sales team in client communications and generating leads

**Qualifications**:

- You are educated to a Bachelor’s degree level or with relevant industry-related qualification with one to two years’ experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both at C1 level
- Prior experience in client-facing roles, sales, or retail environments
- Experience performing inside sales and making outbound phone calls is an asset, but not required
- Enthusiasm and curiosity for learning new skills and technologies
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed, adapting to different responsibilities to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

Pay: €2.400,00 - €2.650,00 per month
