Supply Planner

The Supply Planner is responsible for the planning of the Aerosols production plants with the goal to deliver the perfect On Time In Full, against lowest costs and optimized inventory levels. He / she drives the Supply Meetings within the S&OP process in the Business Unit and links this to the divisional S&OP process. Regular alignments take place with the production schedulers at the plants and demand planning.

**The work location can be any of our Aerosols & Beverage Europe plants (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Hungary) or the Schiphol Office in the Netherlands.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Drawing up a weekly production plan for the production lines of the factories within the Aerosol network
- Achieve optimal inventory level by defining the inventory settings per item
- Responsible for managing slow moving / obsolete stocks with Sales Team
- Follow up on off target KPI results to understand root cause and drive improvements on KPIs
- Lead monthly supply reviews as part of the S&OP process
- In case of supply risks, create supply scenarios for the management to take decisions
- Engage with customers on how to drive improvements within planning
- Weekly alignments with internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for the planning part of phase in / phase out projects
- Manage / participate in supply chain projects within Business Unit / Plants but also at divisional level
- Contribute to the implementation and roll-out of a new planning tool

**Education & Training**:

- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain or Business Economics

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a demand and/or supply planning role

**Competencies**:

- Excellent written and verbal skill in English
- Able to challenge with the right arguments
- Change management skills
- Advanced planning skills
- SAP knowledge an advantage
- Increased ability to cooperate
- Accurate and precise
