Als Customer Support Chemie ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de klanten van het laboratorium. Jij staat ze te woord, beantwoordt hun vragen en lost eventuele problemen op. Met jouw laboratorium kennis kan jij de klanten van het beste advies voorzien. Je doet dit door goed te luisteren en de juiste vragen te stellen om tot een oplossing te komen. Affiniteit met chemie is gewenst omdat je in deze rol vragen van klanten kunt krijgen over chemische producten en processen. Zo zal je advies moeten kunnen geven over de chemische analyses die er toegepast kunnen worden op de producten van de klanten.

**Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand met het volgende profiel**:

- **Een afgeronde HLO in de richting van Laboratoriumonderzoek, Chemie, Life Sciences of andere laboratoriumgerichte studie.****:

- **Affiniteit met Chemie is een pré, maar geen must****:

- **Een vorige bijbaan waar je communicatief bezig bent geweest met klanten/patiënten is een pré****:

- **Bereid om een stap buiten het lab te zetten en communicatief bezig te zijn.***
