citizenM is looking for an energetic, genuine and passionate citizen willing to join our Operations Team in the Netherlands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing the daily housekeeping operations
- Support the roll-out and ongoing improvements of our housekeeping tooling in our hotels, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced operational efficiency
- Collaborate with our housekeeping partner HFC to conduct comprehensive quality assessments within our hotels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance quality
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports to monitor and evaluate housekeeping performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to innovative projects in cleaning and housekeeping solutions for our hotels, by providing essential operational support
- Assist with global process mapping and SOP management
- Handle global purchase orders for the housekeeping department
- Learn everything there is to know about running daily global housekeeping operations while staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to optimize daily operations effectively
- Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to measure the success of ongoing and completed projects related to housekeeping operations, ensuring that objectives are met and results are in line with organizational goals
- Proactively resolve unexpected operational challenges for hotel teams and HFC to ensure efficient problem-resolution

**Qualifications / skills**:

- Minimum Bachelor degree in a related field
- Smart, innovative thinker, with an eye for detail
- Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Experience in dealing with suppliers and supplier performance
- Able to manage conflicts and problem-solve effectively
- Strong analytical skills in qualitative and quantitative data
- Excellent organizational skills
- Empathy and real caring for people
- Gifted at giving and receiving feedback
- Fluent in English, spoken and written. Additional language skills are well accepted
- Ambitious, motivated and eager to learn... and most importantly, you are having fun while doing it

**Location/duration of the assignment**
- Voorschoten Support Office. Hybrid working is possible, on average two days in the office. Not fully remote.
- Start date November/December, until April 2025.
