Voor **Solina Nederland** - fabrikant van sauzen, mariades, kruiden en coatings - zoeken wij met **spoed** voor onze vestiging **Nieuw-Vennep** een **Meewerkend Continuous Improvement (CI) coordinator **voor **40 uur **per week.

Je voert samen met de Productie manager en Warehouse coordinator een cruciale rol uit binnen de locatie in de verbetering van onze productieprocessen, waarbij je ondersteunt bij de implementatie van nieuwe tools en systemen voor continue verbetering op alle productie afdelingen. Realiseer je wel dat je ook daadwerkelijk meedraait in de productie, dus je werkdag kan ook om 6.00 uur starten.

**Jouw uitdaging**:

- Naast dat je meedraait in productie, werk je nauw samen als team om de strategie en doelstellingen te identificeren, te implementeren en indien nodig te verbeteren.
- Je implementeert rapportages en een prestatiecontrolesysteem (routines voor prestatie-animatie in de hele site-organisatie: maandelijks, wekelijks, dagelijks, ploegoverdracht, korte intervalcontrole tijdens de ploeg).
- Ondersteunen van de teams bij het analyseren van verliezen, bij het identificeren en bij het uitvoeren van continue verbeteringsprojecten (Kaizen, 5S, Autonoom Onderhoud) in overeenstemming met de behoeften van de fabriek en in overeenstemming met goede methodologische paden.
- indien nodig leid/coach je de team
- en/of sitex leden op in het gebruik van verschillende tools/methoden om de projecten vooruit te helpen en om zo een cultuur van voortdurende verbetering te ontwikkelen.
- Goede praktijken delen binnen de organisatie (sites, functionele afdelingen).

**Wat breng jij mee?**:

- een afgeronde HBO diploma in bedrijfskunde en/of logistiek en mogelijk ook je master degree.
- Je hebt 3-5 jaar werkervaring in vergelijkbare rol binnen een productieomgeving en liefst in de foodbranche.
- Je hebt 2-5 jaar ervaring in het aansturen/aanspreken van een team
- Je bent een echte teamplayer.
- Je hebt ervaring in procesverbeteringsmethodieken, zoals o.a. Lean.
- Je bent communicatief vaardig in zowel Nederlands en engels in woord en geschrift
- Je bent vasthoudend en doelgericht.
- Je weet mensen te motiveren en aan te sturen om projecttaken uit te (laten) voeren.
- Je hebt uitgebreide kennis Microsoft office (365), ERP-systemen en data-analyse tools.
