**Description**:
As a night supervisor, you are responsible for the night operations of the hotel. Naturally, you are an excellent ambassador yourself, enthusiastic, optimistic, and treating everyone with respect. You work together with your team guiding, coaching, and inspiring them to deliver exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Steward Leadership**
- Lead, encourage, and inspire Ambassadors to support the operational procedures of citizenM
- Coach and train ambassadors, develop and nurture talent, provide feedback and monthly performance reviews
- Create shift schedules, ensure adequate cover at all times, and assign daily tasks
- Be responsible for planning and work organization of the night team in the Dutch properties alongside the MODs
- Participate in leadership meetings to ensure alignment and strategic thinking

**Ensure Guest Satisfaction & Operational Efficiency**
- Welcome our guests and help them check in and check out at the kiosks
- Maintain the hotel environment to ensure a clean and comfortable experience
- Handling reservations in our property management system (PMS), including the daily night audit
- Answer guest reviews during quiet shifts
- Work with the team to serve our guests in canteenM and societyM where applicable
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge of canteenM and guarantee quality
- Responsible for operations during the night shifts alongside the team, including taking care of our guests in emergencies.

**Typical shifts are**:
Typical shift: our hotel operates 24/7 with a rotating flexible schedule. The typical night shift hours are; 11pm-7am. We keep things dynamic and take into account your preferences, so you enjoy your other life plans. You will be required to work across all four Dutch citizenM hotels in Amsterdam, Schiphol & Rotterdam.
