Due to growth in production, we are looking for several production employees for Cordstrap in Oostrum. Cordstrap is an ambitious internationally operating production company in Oostrum (near Venray) that produces various solutions for securing transport loads. For example, they supply their transport fuses and tires to companies in the chemical, construction, logistics, ports and industry. This provides protection for transports both by rail and at sea, on the road and in the air.

You join as a production employee and if you perform well there is the opportunity to grow into an operator. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and room for independence.

What do you need for this position as a production employee?
- Command of the Dutch or English language
- Able to perform physically demanding work
- Affinity with production work

**Functieomschrijving**:
As a production employee you are responsible for, among other things:

- Inserting rolls
- Packaging the final product
- Preparing small product changes
- Registering the production data
- Troubleshooting minor malfunctions
- Keeping the machine clean
