**BAT BENELUX is looking for a passionate and proactive Demand Planning Intern to join our team**

We are seeking a **Demand Planning Intern **who will play a key role in supporting smooth business operations by assisting with accurate demand forecasts based on market insights. This hands-on internship offers the chance to work on both strategic and operational tasks, collaborate across three markets, and gain exposure to multiple product categories. They will also have the opportunity to work with diverse teams and directly contribute to key business decisions, making it a perfect launching pad for a career in a dynamic, multinational environment.

The internship is based in Amstelveen, conveniently located near Amsterdam.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Prepare and analyze industry and competitor performance data to support decision-making.
- Assist in developing short
- and long-term demand forecasts that align with the company’s financial objectives and revenue goals.
- Participate in meetings with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on demand expectations and business priorities.
- Assist in creating presentations, Excel reports, and other materials for the monthly planning cycle.
- Support the team with monthly planning cycles and performance reporting.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**
- Preferably a recent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint, with experience in data analysis and interpreting large datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management abilities, along with a proactive mindset.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Dutch is a nice-to-have skill.
