**What you'll do**
- As a team lead your primary focus will be enabling your team to deliver the best value in the respective categories
- Build and coach a best-in-class procurement team managing the entire IT supplier base
- From time to time you will lead and initiate commercial negotiations, including but not limited to contract renewals and setting up new agreements.
- Manage your team on operational tasks like vendor onboarding and due diligence and P2P
- You will be tracking and reporting on industry trends to your stakeholders and internally to leadership.
- You will build and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners.

**Who you are**
- 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role in procurement.
- You have a commercial mindset, and are able to analyze and present complex deals.
- Experience in payments or other tech companies is an added advantage.
- You're a natural networker, great in stakeholder management and negotiations.
- You're well-organized and like to solve problems with a pragmatic approach.
- You're data driven with an analytical mindset.
- You're proficient in English; fluency in another language is an added advantage.
- You have a global mindset, and are able to work across time zones and cultures.
