In 2012 openden we ons eerste restaurant. Inmiddels zijn we uitgegroeid tot een snelgroeiend bedrijf met zes populaire en moderne vestigingen in Amsterdam, Utrecht en Londen. Elke dag serveren wij daar met plezier kwalitatieve, duurzame en creatieve gerechten. Naast een lunch of diner, kan je sinds kort ook terecht in onze exclusieve Speakeasy bar, Zum Barbarossa, waar wij smaakvolle cocktails en hapjes serveren en in de weekenden een DJ staat en gedanst wordt.

**De functie**:
Als Marketing Assistent ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het versterken van onze online zichtbaarheid en het ondersteunen van marketingactiviteiten. Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter onze social media, houdt de content up-to-date en zorgt ervoor dat onze brand identity in elke uiting terug te vinden is. Je creëert niet alleen content, maar bepaalt ook hoe we onze community aanspreken en dagelijks kunnen groeien.

Deze rol biedt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid, dus een proactieve houding en een "yes, we can"-mentaliteit zijn essentieel. Het is een hele diverse functie, waar geen één dag hetzelfde is. De ene dag sta je in een zaak TikTok video’s te filmen terwijl je de andere dag je KPI’s aan het analyseren bent.

**De taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van social media-strategieën voor platforms zoals Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok en Google posts.
- Creëren en plannen van aantrekkelijke content (posts & video) die onze merkboodschap versterkt en het engagement verhoogt.
- Beheren van klantinteracties en reageren op opmerkingen en vragen via sociale media.
- Je identificeert, benadert en coördineert samenwerkingen met influencers
- Opstellen van maandelijkse rapportages over social media-prestaties en campagnes.
- Ondersteunt de marketing manager met de betaalde advertenties
- Assisteren bij marketing activiteiten, zoals: events, PR, special offers, nieuwsbrieven en meer.

**Wie ben jij?**

Je hebt een affiniteit met de hospitality branche en je bent energiek, ondernemend en houdt wel van gezelligheid. Met jouw creativiteit en lef durf je buiten de lijntjes te kleuren en ben je altijd vol nieuwe ideeën. Je houdt ervan om met verschillende mensen samen te werken en gaat graag uitdagingen aan. Je volgt de nieuwste online trends en bent stiekem een beetje verslaafd aan social media. Daarnaast heb je een duidelijke ambitie om te groeien binnen je rol en ben je niet bang om initiatief te nemen. En:

- Je hebt een passie voor marketing en social media;
- Je bent creatief en kunt sterke content bedenken en uitvoeren;
- Je hebt mínimaal 1 jaar ervaring in marketing, communicatie, of social media management
- Je hebt ervaring met sociale mediaplatforms en tools zoals Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva en Airtable;
- Je bent analytisch sterk en kunt resultaten goed interpreteren.
- Kennis van Photoshop, video-editing of grafisch design is een plus.
- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
- Een voorliefde voor hospitality hebt en graag een visje lust natuurlijk ;)

**Wat wij jou bieden**:

- Fulltime salaris: tussen de €2600 en €3000 per maand excl, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring;
- Daarbij 26 vakantiedagen o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband;

- Reiskostenvergoeding wanneer je > 10 km van ons kantoor woont;
