**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Preparing starters and main dishes that need to be baked, fried and roasted
- Marinating meats that need to be baked, fried and roasted
- Carrying out the preparations, monitoring and checking the quality (doneness, taste, color, fluidity, etc.) and carrying out adjustments/additional dosages
- Good knowledge of Asian ingredients and their use in Asian cuisine
- Cleaning your own work environment
- Work with other chefs and provide support and share best practice
- In partnership with colleagues’ input into the creation of new and innovative menus and products.
- Effective communication with general assistants to ensure meals are assembled to the required plan and standard.
- Advise Stores and Procurement regarding the placement of orders and ensure the right products are being purchased
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area

**Education**:

- Culinary school diploma preferred
- MBO niveau 3.
- Basic Food hygiene training/certification

**Work Experience**:

- At least 2-years working experience of cooking Asian food in restaurants after graduation.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment using own initiative
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Accurate/detailed focused

**Salary**:
EUR 2300 per month, 38 hours per week.
