We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven **Teamleader** to join our team in **Eindhoven**. In this role, you’ll work in a 2-shift system and report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

**What you do on a typical day**
- Manage team performance; develop associates by providing training and coaching
- Manage coordinators and help them grow within their role
- Instruct, inform, and support the employees of the department, so that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and correctly, in accordance with the applicable standards (including KPI’s and productivities)
- Lead start-up activities with cross functional teams
- Make recommendations regarding new hires, terminating contracts, performance evaluations and promotions
- Ensure that documents work instructions of processes are up to date and are being followed by the department
- Continually strive to improve the processes of your department

**What do you need to succeed at GXO**
- At least three years of experience in a similar (leading) position
- Have good communication skills in English, verbal and written
- Have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude, and you have a self-starting ability
- A good knowledge of office software and WMS functionality, including Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of ISO9001
- Knowledge of medical devices would be advantageous, but is not essential
- Able to work shifts from 6am - 3pm / 2pm - 11pm, Monday to Friday
