**Your mission**:
We are looking for a motivated and creative marketing manager who can take our marketing and brand to the next level. Your role will be pivotal in building brand awareness and positioning QuantWare as a leader in the quantum industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competition to develop a compelling story to our customers, potential team members, and other audiences. Reporting to our Head of Revenue and collaborating closely with our CEO, you will have the exciting opportunity to build the marketing team from scratch.

**The Role & Responsibilities**
- Content and Brand Management
- Own the company brand and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Collaborate with Product to develop content that communicates our technology’s impact and benefits
- Strategy Development & Execution
- Co-develop our marketing strategy together with the Head of Revenue and our CEO
- Build brand awareness by executing on our marketing strategy
- Collaborate
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with overall company goals
- Manage marketing agency relationships
- Build & manage a marketing team from scratch

**Who you are?**
- Deeply understands B2B branding and excels at translating complex technology into impactful marketing.
- A strategic thinker who develops and executes effective marketing strategies.
- Adaptable and proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in the face of change.
- Highly organised, manages multiple initiatives efficiently from start to finish, at the same time.
- Experienced with collaborating with agencies to achieve high-quality, successful outcomes.
- Energetic and creative, with strong people skills and a go-getter attitude.
- Able to switch seamlessly between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Experience in managing and guiding teams to success.
- Honest, open to input, and confident in providing constructive feedback.
- Known for exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in crafting corporate messaging in English.

**Qualifications & Experiences**
- 4-8 years of experience in marketing at a venture backed B2B technology start-up or scale-up, deeptech is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Near native command of English, both written and spoken
- Located in the Netherlands or willing to relocate
