**About You**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Marketing & Branding_
- Bring ideas to life by contributing to a marketing plan to grow and strengthen our brand in the Netherlands and across Europe.
- Keep our website fresh, engaging, and always up to date.
- Craft compelling content for blog posts, newsletters, and social media.
- Use HubSpot for marketing and campaign management.
- Organise RevoData's presence at external events e.g. Databricks Data & AI World Tour.
- Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition to run recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
- Internal Marketing & Events_
- Plan and execute team events, sports days, and fun nights out.
- Add creativity to our office with themed lunches, snacks, and decorations (e.g. Halloween, Christmas etc).
- Be the culture ambassador, celebrating birthdays and other employee milestones with thoughtful gestures like cards, gifts, and balloons.
- Office Ownership_
- Coordinate the weekly lunches, keep the drinks fridge stocked, and ensure the arcade games are ready for action.
- Liaise with third parties, such as cleaners, to ensure the office is always in top shape.
- Take charge of general office tasks to maintain a productive and organised environment.
- Team Support_
- Help out with the operations team as you’re the person who thrives on variety and loves lending a helping hand.
