**Your Responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for ensuring an excellent onboarding experience for our clients until successful Go-Live.
- As an expert in our product, you will conduct the technical setup of our Awareness Platform (SaaS Tool).
- You will identify the needs of our clients to collaboratively implement ideal awareness measures.
- For the smooth execution of your client projects, you will perform first-class stakeholder management, both with clients and internally at SoSafe.
- You will support our clients in solving complex technical issues in close collaboration with our Support Team and our Developers.
- Through your experiences in the projects, you contribute to the continuous development of our products.

**Your profile (required)**:

- The satisfaction and success of your clients are your highest priority.
- You have an interest in cybersecurity and are not daunted by technical challenges.
- You have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree from a university.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
- You are proactive and hands-on.
- You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under stress.
- You have 1-2 years (or more) of experience in Implementation Management or (IT) Project Management."
- You enjoy teamwork and are open to a (virtual) after-work drink.
