Area Sales Manager (M/F/d) wanted for Benelux
(Niederlande, Belgien, Luxemburg)
For over 30 years, SEM PER LEI. has been a fashion label that stands out for its exclusive design and high-quality production "Made in Italy". We are an owner-managed company, working hand in hand in a well-structured team. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Area Manager for the Benelux region (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg).

**Your tasks**:1. Customer acquisition**:

- Traveling in the mentioned regions
- Building and maintaining a network of potential customers in the mentioned regions
- Identifying and approaching new business opportunities

**2. Sales of the collection (showroom activities)**:

- Presenting and selling our collections at trade fairs and in our showrooms
- Organization and implementation of sales events

**3. Customer care**:

- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Regular contact with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and determine their needs
- Supporting customers with reorders during the season
- Advising and assisting customers in the seasonal exchange of goods to ensure optimal sales of the collections in stores

**Your profile**:

- Several years of experience in sales and customer service in the fashion sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Good knowledge of the Benelux markets (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg) and an existing network in these regions
- Enthusiasm for fashion and trends as well as a keen sense of aesthetics and style
