Facility Manager

**Your Work**
Do you have a passion for facility management and are you ready to develop a new department further? At IQIP, you have the unique opportunity to help build and elevate our facility processes to the next level as Facility Manager. Together with your team, you will be responsible for the complete management and maintenance of our facilities, including buildings and grounds at our large yard (100.000m2) in Sliedrecht.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire an enthusiastic team, including a Facility Coordinator, Technical Service technician and catering, ensuring smooth operation of all facility processes.
- Act as the key contact for the executive team, management and tenants regarding all facility and building-related matters. You ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Manage and optimize contracts with external vendors and oversee the related financial processes.
- Provide input and contribute to the development of (multi-year) budgets.
- Oversee and execute project management for various facility and building-related initiatives.

**Your Profile**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or a related field
- Proven experience in facility management (>5 years) within a complex organization.
- Strong understanding of building systems, office space, maintenance protocols, and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage complex projects.
- Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
