Niet de kennis, maar wel de affiniteit met IT? Wacht dan niet langer, grijp je kans en solliciteer Aan de hand van interne trainingen en cursussen brengen wij jou alle kneepjes van het vak bij. Klanten komen met hun vragen bij jou, wij leggen je uit hoe je ze het beste kan helpen en jij helpt de klant op jouw beurt met de zojuist vergaarde kennis.

We helpen je niet alleen de allerbeste Supporter te worden, maar faciliteren je ook graag in de volgende stap in je carrière.

**Hoe je dag eruit ziet**

Eerst een kopje koffie. Voor dat je begint bespreek je met je collega’s nog even de voetbalwedstrijd van gisteravond of die toffe game die je na maanden eindelijk uitgespeeld hebt op hardmode.

Samen met die collega’s help je de klanten via ons ticketsysteem. Zoveel klanten, zoveel vragen. Elke dag is anders en kom je nieuwe dingen tegen die je met hulp van je collega’s oplost voor de klant. Je weet precies waar de klant naar op zoek is, welk product of welke feature het beste bij de wensen past. Daarnaast ben je ook de schakel met productspecialisten om de wensen van klanten te vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen op onze producten en in onze processen. Geen zorgen, dit gaan wij je allemaal leren. Wij leren het jou, jij leert het de klanten.

En dit alles doe je met een lekker drum and bass-muziekje op de achtergrond terwijl de nerf-pijltjes je om de oren vliegen. Work hard, play hard

**Hybride Werken**
Bij team.blue NL werk je thuis of vanuit een andere werkplek. Een keer per week werk je in overleg met je team op ons kantoor in Leiden. De tweede dag op kantoor kun je zelf kiezen.
