The Global Mobility Team is part of the Central HR Department at KPMG Staffing & Facilities Services B.V. located in Amstelveen and is part of the worldwide KPMG Global Mobility Network. The Global Mobility Team arranges all In
- and Outbound assignments to and from the Netherlands of KPMG employees and partners within the firm worldwide. Furthermore, the Global Mobility Team advises the business on all aspects of working across borders on international projects.
Your challenges
- Working together with the Advisor Global Mobility in respect of assignment initiations through repatriation, review and approval of assignment documentation;
- Supporting our assignees, Advisors & Manager Global Mobility and local HR on all aspects of the assignment
- Taking care of administrative aspects of international assignments, such as:
- Providing instructions on implementation of assignments to the Business Service Center and Salary department;
- Coordinating the actual relocations and compliance actions through our third party providers, such as:
- Initiation immigration, tax and relocation services;
- Process assignments in the global databank Link Enterprise and keep this up-to-date;
- Demonstrate and maintain knowledge of rules and regulations relating to tax, social security and immigration issues.
- Update / streamline and improve existing procedures.
This is what you bring
- Has an HBO education or 7 years of working experience in an administrative role on MBO level;
- Has at least 2 years of experience coordinating assignments;
- Has knowledge of tax and social security implications, is a preference;
- Has excellent communication skills in English and Dutch as a preference;
- Has a good understanding of numbers and systems;
- Is proactive and eager to learn;
- Is client oriented with a high sense of responsibility;
- Is driven and flexible.
