Het bedrijfsbureau is het hart van het bedrijf. Jouw focus ligt met name op planning.

Zowel wat er binnenkomt van leveranciers als de werkorders. Het ERP systeem plant maar er komt nog wat handwerk bij kijken om de planning realistisch te krijgen, bijvoorbeeld als gevolg van wijzigingen in levertijden van leveranciers. De planning moet altijd actueel zijn en goed gecoördineerd worden. Daarbij is het belangrijk de urgentie van bepaalde zaken te snappen, het overzicht te hebben en weten wat een wijziging teweeg brengt. Er is veel samenhang. Daarnaast ga je ook andere werkzaamheden verrichten binnen Supply chain m.b.t. het inkoopproces. Uiteindelijk willen we dat je door groeit naar een senior medewerker t.b.v. het plannings
- en inkoopproces. Wat zijn je werkzaamheden o.a.:

- zorgt actief voor een just-in-time levering van onderdelen met zo min mogelijke voorraden tot gevolg;
- zorgt voor een correcte, actuele en optimale planning van leveranciersorders enerzijds en montageplanning voor klantorders anderzijds;
- signaleert proactief knelpunten in de voortgang van leveringen en de afhandeling van orders. Kent de consequenties en zet de juiste acties in gang;
- spin in het web voor de planningswerkzaamheden;
- zorgt voor goede communicatie met de leveranciers;
- mede verantwoordelijk voor levertijd en leverbetrouwbaarheid.

- goed is in prioriteren, verbanden kan leggen en het overzicht kan bewaren;
- mínimaal MBO+ werk
- en denkniveau heeft;
- een teamspeler is en een vlot en no-nonsense type.
