Responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the entire plastic extruding machine, which includes determining proper material inputs per specification, set-up of machine to run proper heat profiles, machine speeds, monitoring of running parameters, and correctly adjusting settings, as needed.
- Experience on plastic industry will be considered a differentiation.
- Permit to work in The Netherlands is necessary.
- Availability to work on shifts (24x7).

**Knowledge/ Experience/ Skills**:

- Education and Training - Highschool diploma or GED required (or higher).
- Mechanical - Knowledge of machines and tools.
- Safety and Security - Knowledge of Health and Safety principles
- Production and Processing - Knowledge of materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing of goods.
- Good knowledge of English (speaking and reading)
- Teamwork mindset and motivated attitude

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Set up the machines (heat profiles, pressure, speed, etc)
- Locate and feed materials to be processed
- Keeping the extruder area clean
- Monitor machine for downtime
- Assist maintenance Team in troubleshooting
- Trace machine productivity
- Fill out the traceability / production form
- Control and record if product quality
- Comply with company safety guidelines, policies and procedures
- Coordinate and monitor workers activities
