**De rol**

Als Finance Lead ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor alle financiële processen binnen Trustoo en zorg je ervoor dat de finance-functie perfect aansluit bij onze snelle groei en internationale ambities. Je bent een strategische businesspartner voor zowel de teamleads als de directie (Lars en Pieter) en speelt een cruciale rol in het realiseren van een lange termijn visie op finance.Jouw focus ligt niet puur op de dagelijkse financiële operaties, maar op het verbeteren en implementeren van financiële structuren, het beheren van de planning en control cyclus, en het waarborgen van compliance. Ook onderhoud je contact met externe stakeholders, waaronder een administratiekantoor en kennispartners voor de jaarrekening en fiscaliteit en aandeelhouders.

**Hoe ziet je dag eruit?**

Je begint je dag met een korte meeting met Menno, onze Controller, om de belangrijkste cijfers en prioriteiten door te nemen. Samen bekijken jullie de to-do list van het team en het dashboard en signaleer je een paar mogelijke aandachtspunten en verbeterkansen.Daarna staat er een maandelijks gesprek met Lars, een van de founders, op de agenda. Jullie bespreken de financiële strategieën voor de uitbreiding naar nieuwe landen en welke stappen nodig zijn om alles strak georganiseerd te houden.Na de lunch is het tijd voor een overleg met een externe partner over tax-compliance. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze internationale groei ook fiscaal goed geregeld is. Na deze sessie zet je een reminder in de agenda om over een maand weer eens bij dit onderwerp stil te staan, maar voor nu ligt de focus elders.De rest van de middag werk je aan enkele rapportages die begin volgende week naar de directie en aandeelhouders gaan. Je krijgt ze bijna af en weet dat je ze de komende dagen kunt afronden. Voordat je de dag afsluit, maak je nog een rondje door het kantoor, praat je met enkele teamleads en plan je wat momenten in om stil te staan bij de nieuwste ontwikkelingen binnen de business.

Een goed gevulde dag, met zowel hands-on werk als vooruitkijken om finance optimaal te organiseren voor de groei van Trustoo.

**Wat ga je doen?**
- Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de finance-functie binnen Trustoo.
- Optreden als businesspartner voor de directie en teamleads.
- Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een lange termijn visie op finance: Je zorgt dat de financiële afdeling klaar is voor groei en internationalisering.
- Beheren van de volledige planning en control cyclus: Je zorgt voor efficiënte financiële processen, van budgettering tot forecasting en rapportages, en optimaliseert waar nodig.
- Managen van externe stakeholders en aansturen van een compact finance-team.
- Zorgdragen voor compliance en wet
- en regelgeving.

**Wie zoeken wij?**Wij zoeken een finance-professional die strategisch meedenkt en zelfstandig kan werken. Je hebt een lange termijn visie en zorgt ervoor dat de financiële functie van Trustoo klaar is voor verdere internationale expansie. Je houdt grip op de dagelijkse operaties en communiceert open en transparant.
- Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in finance, bij voorkeur binnen de SaaS-sector, e-commerce, marketplaces of platform bedrijven. Andere achtergrond en enthousiast? Laat het ons weten, we bekijken graag of er een match is.
- Een afgeronde hbo/wo opleiding in financiële richting.
- Ervaring met internationale financiële administratie en groeiende organisaties.
- Je hebt een strategische mindset en denkt vooruit.
- Hands-on mentaliteit: Je hebt geen probleem om je mouwen op te stropen wanneer nodig.
- Je werkt graag in een open, dynamische en informele werkomgeving.

**Wat bieden wij?**
- Een salaris tussen de €5.500 en €6.500 o.b.v. 40 uur.
- Een flexibele werkomgeving, waar je hybride werkt (drie dagen kantoor). Ook heb je de mogelijkheid om 2 weken per jaar remote te werken.
