**Position: Receptionist & Admin**
**Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands**
**Type: Contract - 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Onsite)**

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Monitoring Facility & Logistics Operations
- Space and Visitor/Guest Management
- Handling Employee Grievances and Support
- Coordinating with Landlords for Rent/CAM, utility invoices, and maintenance
- Supporting the India Offshore Team on Environment Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives
- Maintaining workplace hygiene and compliance with local government regulations
- Participation in emergency evacuation procedures and fire drills
- Help Desk ticket tracking and meeting room utilization
- Vendor evaluations, non-IT asset management, and risk identification in facility operations
- Collaboration with HR and Finance
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with EHS standards and emergency protocols
- Experience in facilities, logistics, or similar administrative roles
- Excellent communication skills

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: €180,00 - €250,00 per day

Work Location: In person
