Wanneer ben je succesvol?
**Als Projectmanager Digitale Marketing heb je**:

- Ervaring in het plannen en organiseren van projecten en ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega’s
- Een praktische instelling, communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid.
- Stressbestendigheid, pro activiteit en kennis van digitale marketing, waarbij ervaring met display
- en video-advertising een pré is.
- Minimaal een afgeronde Hbo-opleiding en drie jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie

Functieomschrijving
Wat ga je doen?
Als projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning, begeleiding en voortgangsbewaking en de succesvolle afronding van diverse type projecten. Denk aan mediacampagnes, klant-evaluaties en kwartaalbesprekingen (QBR’s). In jouw rol werk je nauw samen in klantteams, waarin je schakelt met een Client Service Director, Performance Marketeers en verschillende kanaalspecialisten. Jij bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat deadlines worden gehaald, waarbij je fungeert als de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, interne teams en externe partners. Jij bent de regisseur en schakelt met interne en externe stakeholders, zoals klanten en media exploitanten.
**Je voornaamste taken zijn**: coördineren, organiseren, afstemmen en communiceren. Tot jouw werkzaamheden behoren onder andere:

- Klantvraag concretiseren en vertalen naar een werkbare planning voor het klantteam
- Realistische werkplannen opstellen en de voortgang van acties bewaken, waarbij je zowel klanten als collega’s gemotiveerd houdt.
- Meetings documenteren en duidelijke verslagen opstellen, zodat iedereen exact weet wat er is afgesproken.
- Werken in sprints: prioriteiten stellen voor de komende weken en het overzicht houden op wat uitgevoerd moet worden.
- Kwaliteitscontrole van opgeleverd werk voordat het wordt doorgezet naar de klant, Performance Marketeer of Client Service Director
