- We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Medical Research Associate om ons diverse en dynamische team te versterken. Als Medical Research Associate bij ICON ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verwelkomen van klinische onderzoeksvrijwilligers wanneer zij de kliniek binnenkomen, het meten van hun vitale functies (lengte, gewicht, bloeddruk, BMI), en ervoor zorgen dat de studiedeelnemers gezond genoeg zijn om deel te nemen aan het klinische onderzoek volgens het protocol van de studie.

Je compassie en toewijding zullen centraal staan terwijl je vitale functies meet en bloedafname uitvoert bij de proefpersonen, en tegelijkertijd hun comfort en welzijn tijdens het onderzoeksproces waarborgt.
Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het volgen van de protocollen van onze klanten bij het uitvoeren van vitale functies en bloedafname.
Het bij ons werken betekent deel uitmaken van een samenwerkingsgerichte omgeving waarin je actieve deelname aan vergaderingen en andere taken wordt gewaardeerd en erkend.
Je rol zal verder gaan dan de klinische aspecten, omdat je de proefpersonen begeleidt tijdens hun pauzes buiten, hen persoonlijke zorg biedt en ervoor zorgt dat ze zich comfortabel voelen.
- Jouw profiel
Een goede beheersing van zowel Engels als de taal van het gastland is essentieel voor effectieve communicatie en samenwerking.
Een diploma van de middelbare school of een G.E.D.kwalificatie.
Als je een bachelordiploma hebt in een klinisch of gezondheidsgerelateerd vakgebied, of vergelijkbare werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol hebt, horen we graag van je.
Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in een medische of klinische omgeving wordt geprefereerd.
Als je certificeringen hebt zoals Basic Life Support (BLS) of een Phlebotomist Certificaat, is dat een groot voordeel.
Gewenste achtergrond: Medisch Assistent, Gecertificeerd Verzorgende Assistent, Gecertificeerd Medicatie Assistent, Telemetrie Technicus, of Laboratorium Technicus worden sterk gewaardeerd.
