**Your mission**:

- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws and maintain accurate HR records and policies.
- Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, resolving workplace issues and fostering a positive work environment.
- Identify and implement training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the european HR team on strategic projects and drive local change management efforts.

**Your profile**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of Experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Dutch labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Dutch and English. German is a plus.
- Experience in a multicultural or global work environment is a plus.
