Production Coordinator

This role has come about due to exponential sales growth and complexity of new operations in Europe. The company is located in the village of Made (near Breda).

What are you going to do:
Review the orders confirmed by the commercial department and plan with service provider.

Give support to the commercial department in the development of new products

Create and update the technical sheet for each type of product

Keep the service provider updated with weekly planning and forecast of monthly volumes for production.

Ensuring that the service provider has all the materials that are required to manufacture the final product.

Supervise the production process, in collaboration with the quality department.

Review the packing costs related to production and services provided by Service providers.

Give supports and updates to different departments within the company such as commercial, logistics quality and food safety.

Ensure that all production process meet the requirements of Food Safety and quality requirements of the clients.

Notify to commercial department, logistics and service provider in case of delays or discrepancy in production plan.

Assistance and advice to service providers to improve the service.

Update of standard operation procedures (SOP) and the manuals related to Production department.

Production cost and invoices overview.

Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Company or Representatives.

**Requirements**:

- MBO or higher degree (in the logistic field will be a pre)
- Native in Spanish and medium/high level of English.
- 1-2 years of experience in an production coördinator role, ideally in the fresh product industry.
