**Programme Assistant, Training**

  As our Programme assistant, you arrive ready and willing to assist the Programme & Learning team in the administration of the year-round online and in-person training courses. You will work closely with the Senior Coordinator, Training Development to support the delivery of innovative and high-quality learning opportunities for the EAIE’s members and non-members. You will mostly be working from home, in combination with time each week spent with colleagues at the physical office at The Social Hub in Amsterdam. You thrive in an international environment, are highly collaborative and feel comfortable working independently when needed. You will report to the Manager for the Programme & Learning Team.

**Responsibilities**

In this role you will:

- Communicate with stakeholders to identify and align suitable slots in the yearly calendar for scheduling online and in-person training courses
- Facilitate communication and support with EAIE trainers, speakers and participants for programme events
- Organise training course preparation, delivery and follow-up
- Organise enrolments, certification and other administrative tasks for on-demand, self-paced courses
- Collect and maintain training documentation, contracts and learning materials
- Collect information from trainers and speakers in order to assist with programme delivery
- Collect and organise data accurately to support with writing committee meeting documents
- Be hands-on during online and in-person events in prepping materials, welcoming participants and ensuring learning events run as smoothly as possible
- Any other ad-hoc administration needed to ensure the smooth running of the team’s output, including conference programme tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- HBO/University degree and think level
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within Europe occasionally
- A valid work permit and already living in the (wider) Amsterdam area with no restrictions to travel within the EU.

- Salary: starting fulltime salary of € 2.700 - 2.900 gross per month, depending on education/work experience. Part time role of 3 or 4 days/week (22.5 or 30 hrs). A contract of one year will be offered initially with the expectation of extending.
