**Pak jij onze klanten helemaal in?**
Als Customer Service Representative bij Fladderak ben jij de aangewezen persoon om onze klanten helemaal in te pakken. Binnen het commerciële team werken we nauw samen, en ondersteunen we elkaar om tot het beste resultaat te komen. Dit doen we met een gezamenlijk doel voor ogen en door de werkzaamheden onderling te verdelen. Als proactieve collega pas jij daar perfect tussen en weet je precies wat er speelt. Met jouw kennis en expertise weet je onze klanten te ontzorgen, dit doe je door:
- Effectieve onderhandelingen en de ideale tarieven te bepalen voor weg-, zee
- en luchttransport;
- Snel te acteren op het uitwerken van nieuwe proposities;
- Nieuwe klanten aan te trekken door ondersteuning te bieden bij aantrekkelijke marketinguitingen;
- Klantrelaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden;
- Account
- en verkoopplannen op te stellen en te onderhouden.

Leren doe jij door te doen, dit is terug te zien in je proactieve en open houding. Je bent niet bang om vragen te stellen en je collega’s te ondersteunen wanneer ze jou nodig hebben. Je bent klantgericht en dit zet je graag in om onze klanten volledig te ontzorgen. Je toont een sterke stressbestendigheid en hebt uitstekende samenwerkingsvaardigheden, bovendien bezit je het volgende:
- Een achtergrond in (internationale)logistieke;
- MBO werk/denk niveau in commerciële richting;
- Een goede kennis van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal in woord en geschrift, overige talen zijn een pré.
