As a Campaign Manager within Canyon's marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing campaigns. You will be part of the central hub for campaign preparation and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments and delivering impactful, data-driven campaigns that resonate globally.

**YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW**
- Campaign Planning & Execution:

- Develop detailed campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
- Oversee the creation and management of campaign assets, coordinating with creative, content, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Implementation & Coordination:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all campaign-related activities, fostering communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Continuously optimize campaign strategies by identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven adjustments.

**HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE**
- You have a degree in marketing, communication, or a related field, with several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally within the sports or outdoor industry.
- You bring strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a proven track record of managing successful, data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English and a willingness to travel as required.
