At Basecamp Eco-resorts, we are creating a global network of eco-resorts that champion sustainability, creativity, and warm, inspiring hospitality. As a fast-growing company, we don’t just develop resorts—we operate them, welcoming guests as soon as they are ready. We are now looking for a talented **All-round Marketeer** to help drive our sales department by generating leads and attracting investors for our holiday homes.

**Your Role: Lead Generation and Strategic Marketing**

As our All-round Marketeer, you will take full responsibility for the marketing strategy aimed at generating leads for our sales team. This department focuses on selling holiday homes and attracting new investors to Basecamp. Your role is key in ensuring that our marketing flow is strong, engaging, and effective.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Develop Marketing Plans**: Create and execute marketing strategies for lead generation.
- **Campaign Management**: Lead SEA, social media ads, radio, and organize fair to reach potential investors and holiday home buyers.
- **Content & Presence**: Ensure brochures, website content, and other sales materials are attractive and always up-to-date.
- **Budget Optimization**: Ensure the marketing budget is spent as effectively as possible to generate the best ROI.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in marketing with a focus on lead generation.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to keep materials and campaigns aligned and current.
- A knack for using data to track KPIs and optimize campaigns for success.
- Familiarity with managing marketing budgets and spending strategically.
- An understanding of branding, particularly in high-value, eco-conscious products.

**Location & Work Environment**:
Your home base will be **Basecamp IJmuiden**, but flexibility is part of our culture. You’ll have the option to work from home and occasionally travel to our resorts worldwide to support our marketing efforts in new locations.
