They are currently looking for an ambitious and independent **Dutch-speaking Field Sales Manager** to join their team and help with the further expansion of the business. This position offers a high level of independence and autonomy in creating your work day and driving decisions. If you have 2+ years of experience in the electronics/ electronics security sector and a strong commercial instinct, this might be the perfect opportunity for you

**Main Responsibilities**:

- After the initial on-boarding period, the position requires presence in the office (near Breda) every 2 weeks._
- Conduct analysis and market research for business prospects.
- Recruit and retain new clients while managing existing ones.
- Manage client portfolios by conducting commercial visits, providing advice, and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Address customer inquiries in collaboration with technical and management teams.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop commercial strategies.
- Innovate and identify new business opportunities.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Familiarity with the electronics industry or electronic security.
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Determined individual with effective client communication abilities.
- Excellent communication skills** in both Dutch and English **at an advanced level.
- Valid driving license
