We are looking for an **Assistant F&B Manager** to join our ClinkNOORD Hostel team. This role would be perfect for someone who would love the challenge to support our F&B Manager in growing our food & drinks offering. If you have a love for travel, meeting new people and enjoy working with a diverse team while having some fun along the way this role could be for you. We are offering more than just a job, yes you will have daily tasks and responsibilities, but we want you to develop and grow with us too.

**Role Snapshot**:
This is an integral role for the efficient and successful running of all F&B outlets (breakfast, CatalystCAFE, ZincBAR and our KantineKITCHEN) in the hostel. You will have a diverse range of responsibilities such as ensuring our guests are happy, our team are happy, the building looks happy and you are happy, (thats a lot of happiness in one place) which can be achieved with the support of your the F&B manager and your team. You will use several key skills such as delegation, time management, communication, and accountability which we will help you grow and develop over time.

We want you to be BRAVE in this role, take some risks (but dont get in trouble). Take ownership of your role and always communicate with your team and the wider management. We are looking for a person that is empathetic, open to different perspectives, and (really) open to learn and develop into the role. You are the gel of the team but you are not afraid of stepping in and setting the tone where and when needed.
