Your challenge:

- A partner to line management in production, providing and identifying organizational needs and offering HR solutions
- Works closely with management and employees in Best location to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Defines new recruiting strategy, agency collaboration and sourcing channels focused on technical employees (operators, maintenance technicians, QC). Managing end-to-end recruitment processes according to the FTE forecast
- Manage pre-employment, onboarding, and orientation process for the employees in the production environment
- Defines and implements operators' capability development plan, amongst which (external) VAPRO programs
- Drive people processes to ensure that employee performance levels and capabilities meet current and future standards
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance (Absenteeism)
- Payroll/Administrative HR services coordination with agencies
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to leaders and employees
- Nurture and invest in all aspects of our variety in cultures
- lead HR projects as identified to fuel growth

What you'll need:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of related HR experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry
- Bilingual (English/Dutch)
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, talent development, government and state employment laws, safety and regulatory administration and worker's compensation
- Positive attitude & team player with high energy levels
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Strong influencing, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with an
- attention to detail approach
- Ability to take initiative, be flexible and embrace and drive change
- High integrity and accuracy
