We are looking for an **Auction Coordinator** to support the operations team in **Moerdijk (NL).**

The Auction Coordinator will play a critical role in managing the flow of items through the warehouse staging area, ensuring accurate inspections, and preparing items for sale. Key responsibilities include:

- **Inventory Oversight and Joint Inspections**: Conduct joint inventory assessments with government staff for incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with required standards.
- **Sales Strategy and Lot Management**: Determine the most profitable sales channels, ideal lot groupings, and pricing using our proprietary system to maximize returns for the company.
- **Review and Quality Assurance**: Lead evaluations of inspection reports from the Merchandising Coordinator by analyzing photographs and condition assessments for accuracy and completeness.
- **Safety and Additional Responsibilities**: Uphold a safe work environment for all team members and perform other duties as needed to support operational success.
