**What do we look for?**
Carv is seeking a Customer Implementation Manager to join our innovative team in Amsterdam. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Delivery & Customer Success to ensure seamless product implementation and client success. You’ll serve as a technical expert and project driver, leading customer implementations, optimizing configurations, and designing scalable delivery processes. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**What will you be doing?**
- Leading technical implementation projects from start to finish, including scoping, configuration, and delivery.
- Configuring and presenting customized product demos to showcase our solution's value.
- Developing and refining implementation frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Writing, testing, and iterating AI prompts to maximize platform effectiveness.
- Creating technical documentation, onboarding resources, and support content.
- Acting as a bridge between clients and the product team by collecting and sharing feedback, ideas, and technical requirements.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Implementation Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Technical Customer Success Manager).
- Experience in the recruitment or HR tech space, particularly with AI-driven solutions.
- Fluent in English & Dutch.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Proven experience in implementing SaaS solutions, ideally within recruitment, HR tech, or related industries.
- Familiarity with configuring cloud-based platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
- Comfortable with technical concepts like database structures, automation workflows, or AI prompt writing.

**Project Management**:

- Strong experience leading client-facing projects, from initial scoping through to completion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Skilled in defining and optimizing delivery processes, using JIRA.

**Client Interaction**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse client stakeholders, from technical teams to decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into actionable, client-friendly solutions.

**Problem-Solving**:

- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively.
- Resourcefulness and adaptability in addressing technical or operational challenges.
