We are looking for an **office-based IT Service Delivery Analyst **to join the EMEA Enterprise IT Team **in Rijswijk, Netherlands **. In this position you will support the IT and Telecommunications Infrastructure for tour sites in Benelux area, ensuring the utilization of Hardware, Software and Communication Systems are consistent with the Global IT strategy.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Support the appropriate level of service for specified Area/sites ensuring the utilization of Hardware, Software and Communication Systems are consistent with the Global IT strategy.
- Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure asset management - including hardware lifecycle management and software licensing;
- Manage system and data access in collaboration with Service Desk;
- Update and maintain relevant IT documentation;
- Ensure optimum support for end-users at all times within agreed service levels.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- A degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Affinity and experience in IT paired with experience in a customer focused role, ensuring customer happiness
- English and Dutch language proficiency
- Driving license

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Several years of relevant experience within a complex environment, offering support on IT infrastructure
- Working experience with Windows OS 10, IP networking administration services, security and compliance tools
