**Finalité du poste**:
Your main responsibilities are to implement the strategic orientations of the Business Unit in their financial aspects and organization. As such you lead the budget, forecast and mid-term financial plan process for the Business Unit (BU) in collaboration with the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) of Hazera. The position is accountable to provide accurate financial reporting needed at Business Unit, at Business Line Limagrain Vegetable Seeds (LVS), and at Limagrain Group level. It is a key advisor role on all financial aspects or projects.

**Vos Missions**:
With a direct report to the Hazera CEO and a functional link with the Business Line Head of Finance, you will lead a team of 6 to 8 direct reports, and 50 indirect reports in Israël, in the Netherlands, and in the subsidiaries.

Your main missions will be:

- Implement the strategic direction of the Limagrain Vegetable Seeds (LVS) division and Hazera in their financial aspects and organization. As such, you lead the consolidation of financial data needed to provide an overview budget, forecast and Mid-Term Plan (MTP) process.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the BU CEO, the leadership team, and the board of directors on a wide range of financial, strategic issues. Support on financial topics, provide scenario and simulations to support in decision making.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and relevant financial indicators needed at BU and Limagrain Group level and is a key advisor role on all financial aspects or projects.
- Develop and oversee strategic long-term planning, cost controls, KPIs, objectives, goals and policies for Hazera. Maintain and enhance a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism which ensures adequate cash/working capital to meet operating needs.
- Perform all financial activities according to the established Limagrain guidelines (IFRS, GAAP).
- Ensures the relationship with banks, within the framework of the Group agreements and delegation of authorities, and deals in the name and on behalf of the company
- Support the deployment of IT tools : ERP, respecting local rules (localization), but also advanced tools such as BI, EPM, IA
- Lead Finance team and be a mentor to develop key financial counterparts within the organization. Owns recruitment, development, and overall management of Finance employees, leading an engaged and high
- performing team. Motivate a strong financial team through trust and mentorship. Be a bridge-builder, collaborating and managing hands on to enhance the capabilities and drive organization excellence.
- Group Membership - The CFO will be an Executive of Limagrain Group and will be engaged in developing and attaining the goals of Ambition 2030 at group level. The individual will interface with the counterparts of the Limagrain Vegetable Seeds division BU’s to contribute to the Financial strategy of LVS. And a member of Hazera Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) that will contribute in collaborative and transversal way to the strategy of Hazera.

**Compétences : ce que nous attendons de vous**:

- Education: Master Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or another internationally recognized professional qualification.
- 10+ years of experience as CFO for organization at similar scale and complexity, recommending and executing strategies to support business growth.
- Experiences in agriculture or an industrial environment
- Previous experience on ERP systems, an advantage.
- Leadership in multi-cultural environments, operating effectively in an international matrix organization/
- Ability to build and develop high performing teams and culture.
- Fluent in English, speaking French not mandatory but an advantage.

You are willing to travel around 40% of the time.
