For a well know pharmaceutical company in Breda area, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate Supply Chain Import/Export for our Supply Chain team. As part of a global organization, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, managing the end-to-end coordination of shipments, and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers the perfect opportunity to grow your career in supply chain logistics.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage Order-to-Invoice activities for market supply, including import/export coordination.
- Oversee and coordinate shipments to internal customers (affiliates, manufacturing sites) and external customers (distributors).
- Handle daily processing of supply orders and manage export/import documentation.
- Book and monitor shipments, proactively addressing any potential issues.
- Resolve service and transport issues and execute return processes.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics suppliers and other supply chain stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal/external customers and on-site departments.
- Represent the supply chain team in cross-functional projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP regulations and maintain up-to-date training.
- Contribute to the preparation and review of periodic KPIs.
- Support disaster recovery plans in collaboration with Corporate Planning, Distribution, and Quality teams.
- Perform other related duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in supply chain within a GMP/GDP-regulated environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with a diverse, international team.
- Strong computer skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written).
- Knowledge of Customer Service operations, ERP systems, and logistics issue handling is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize effectively.
- Commitment to quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.
