**Maintenance Technician (Shift) - Hillegom, Netherlands**
**Shift Pattern: Alternating Morning (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) and Evening (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)**

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Preventive and Corrective Maintenance**: Keep our machines in top condition by performing both routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
- ** Troubleshooting and Improvements**: Analyse machine errors, provide quick resolutions, and suggest enhancements to prevent future issues.
- ** Collaborative Problem-Solving**: Work closely with supervisors and production teams to prioritize tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- ** Efficiency Projects**: Take part in improvement initiatives to optimize machine performance and contribute to factory success.
- ** Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring all adjustments and repairs are well-documented.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Language Skills**: Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- ** Technical Expertise**: Strong electrical skills, complemented by basic mechanical knowledge (electromechanics preferred). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is essential.
- ** Production Experience**: Familiarity with production environments, including safety and quality standards.
- ** Versatility**: Independent worker with excellent communication skills. Basic welding and grinding skills are a bonus.
