**About the position**

Reporting to the Revenue Growth Manager (RGM) Netherland, the RGM Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst plays a critical role in shaping Upfield's growth plans. Your primary responsibility will be to translate RGM and commercial insights into actionable plans across the commercial functions to deliver our ambitious growth targets.

The job purpose is to gather, analyze, and visualize data to support our growth agenda in a sustainable and profitable way. Furthermore, you will work closely with the business to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities:

- Act as a RGM data specialist, enabling fast & fact-based decision making to shape our future price and promo plans. Build and maintain KPI tracking / dashboards;
- Own our promotional agenda in close cooperation with the sales team; from analyzing promotions to turning the insights into a continuously improving promotional strategy;
- Build relevant market & competitor insights in order to stay competitive through our growth agenda;
- Support the business with weekly, monthly & quarterly business data, analytics & insights;
- Manage our Trade Promotional Management tool;
- Communicate findings to stakeholders: present your findings to your stakeholders, explaining the data and its implications in a way that is relevant to the business goals;
- Support the development of our annual plans during the budgeting process;
