**End-to-End Process Manager (Overhaul)**

Thales Hengelo's Naval organization is built around six segments. This includes the Services Segment where all knowledge, experience and activities come together to provide all forms of product life cycle management for Thales-NL solution. Whether it concerns complex combat management systems or standalone radar systems, the Service segment has the capabilities to deliver customized Logistic and In-Service Support solutions to its customers. Within the Services segment, around 200 employees work day and night to continuously optimize the operational availability of our customers' systems.

**About the job**
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented End-to-End (E2E) Process Manager specializing in Overhaul services. In this critical role, you will be responsible for optimizing our end-to-end service process for Overhauled surveillance and multi-mission radars, Electro-Optical (EO) surveillance sensors, and radar fire control systems. Your focus will be on ensuring optimal delivery in terms of time, cost, and quality, all while managing the associated business model and financial aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Implementation: Ensure the correct execution of the end-to-end service process within the organization, facilitating alignment at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of service delivery, providing monthly KPI reports to the Deputy Product Segment Manager and Head of Segment Operations. Collect and analyze lessons learned to initiate corrective actions in service definitions.
- Service Definition Management: Define and maintain the service definition in the Service Product Baseline, encompassing service scope and standard cost benchmarks as needed.
- Tooling Requirements: Identify tooling needs and necessary updates; collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Process Owners to develop proposals for Tooling/IT-related enhancements.
- Customer and Internal Balance: Assess and reconcile the specific requirements of customer-driven projects with the need to maintain standardized services for internal efficiency, in collaboration with Product Teams
- Team Leadership: Lead and chair the E2E services team, engaging representatives from all relevant departments to ensure cohesive service management.
- Budget Management: Manage the Product Life Cycle Management budget assigned to your domain, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

**About you**
As an End-to-End Process Manager (Overhaul) you are/have:

- Proven experience in process management, particularly in service or operational roles within complex systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance monitoring and KPI analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across multiple teams and departments.
- Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
- A proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities and implementing innovative solutions.
