**What will you do?**:
As a Data Analyst with BridgeFund, you play a crucial role in expanding marketing data and transforming insights into targeted strategies. You will analyze customer data and market trends to measure and improve campaign effectiveness. By conducting customer segmentation and profiling, you create detailed profiles for targeted marketing strategies. You optimize marketing processes by advising on and implementing process automation. You will work in the data team alongside Data Engineers and Data Scientists, who ensure the data foundation and support other teams with their data-related issues. Your work, along with your colleagues', ensures that we operate in an increasingly data-driven manner as an organization.

**What you will do**:

- Your analyses of marketing data and proposals for optimizations and automations will result in improved campaign conversions.
- You identify and define different customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and other relevant factors to gain better insights into customer behavior.
- You contribute to creating a culture within the marketing team where data-driven decision-making is central.
- Identify and combine customer segments for targeted marketing approaches.
- Create clear reports and visualizations to communicate insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate data-driven insights into business strategies.
- Assist the marketing team in conducting A/B testing.

**What we can learn form you**:
As a Data Analyst at BridgeFund, you bring a wealth of experience and expertise in data analysis. We are looking for someone proficient with tools such as SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms like Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI. Communication skills are essential to translate complex analyses into actionable insights for non-technical colleagues and to collaborate effectively within teams.

**What we expect from you**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a successful data analysis role, preferably within a marketing context.
- Experience with data tools such as SQL, Python, and preferably Databricks.
- Knowledge of statistical methods for analyzing marketing data.
- Understand marketing fundamentals for linking analyses and processes.
- Ability to communicate complex analyses in a meaningful way.
- You are a team player, yet independent and resourceful.
- Fluent in English.
