HOE ZIET JOUW DAG ALS GROUP RESERVATIONS MANAGER ERUIT? Als Groups Reservations Manager houd je toezicht op het algehele boekingsproces van deze afdeling en ben je constant op zoek naar mogelijkheden om de omzet te maximaliseren. Dit doe je door op de hoogte te blijven van de huidige markttrends en op zoek te gaan naar manieren om de klanttevredenheid te verbeteren Binnen Leonardo Hotels is geen enkele procedure in steen gebeiteld, waardoor er nog voldoende ruimte is voor eigen inbreng. Leiding geven aan een internationaal team? Jij weet als geen ander precies hoe je dit het beste kunt doen en bent in staat om hun prestaties en inzet naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
ENKELE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN:
- Toepassen van yield management gerelateerd aan groepen in samenwerking met de revenue afdeling.
- Manage en coach het groepsteam om hun prestaties en betrokkenheid te maximaliseren.
- Afhandelen van buy-out en complexe aanvragen op het gebied van verkoop en planning (boekingsproces); kwalificeren, voorstel voorbereiden, business omzetten, plannen en zorgen dat de financiële afwikkeling op orde is.
- Toezicht houden op de boekingsprocessen van de afdeling groepen, uitdagingen identificeren en klachtenafhandeling.
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in het beheren van groepsreserveringen in hotels.
- Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in het aansturen van teams.
- Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau en bij voorkeur een Hospitality gerelateerde opleiding (Hotel of Facility Management).
- Ervaring met Opera Sales & Catering is een pré.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.
- Je hebt een creatieve en positieve instelling en 'je accepteert geen "nee" als antwoord'.
- Je bent professioneel, servicegericht en een echte teamplayer
- Je beschikt over goede internationale communicatieve vaardigheden en legt gemakkelijk en snel nieuwe contacten.
- Je kunt strategisch denken, hebt inzicht in cijfers en je bent een echte leider.
Wij vinden jouw ontwikkeling erg belangrijk en organiseren verschillende trainingen in jouw vakgebied of bieden de mogelijkheid tot een persoonlijk ontwikkelingsplan. We hebben tal van voorbeelden van medewerkers die zijn doorgegroeid naar andere afdelingen en leidinggevende posities.
