Wij zoeken een Senior Integration Engineer Marine Systems voor onze klant in Schiedam. In deze rol zullen jij en je team de systemen integreren en de ontwikkeling van innovatieve nieuwe schepen en de verbetering van bestaande schepen ondersteunen. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het definiëren van systeemconfiguraties en het garanderen van de soepele integratie van componenten. Je zal nauw samenwerken met meerdere disciplines, ondersteunend aan de complete levenscyclus van maritieme projecten, van initiële voorstellen en aankoop tot productie en testen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden

- Definieer en selecteer geschikte maritieme systeemconfiguraties en componenten in de voorstelopdracht.
- Stel functionele technische specificaties op voor leveranciers en onderaannemers, gebaseerd op klant- en ontwerpeisen.
- Voer technische evaluaties van aanbestedingsdocumenten uit in nauwe samenwerking met de aankoopafdeling.
- Zorg ervoor dat alle toepasselijke eisen worden nageleefd door samen te werken met leveranciers tijdens technische discussies, conform overeengekomen schema's, kwaliteit en kostenbeperkingen.
- Verzamel en controleer technische informatie en documentatie van leveranciers, waaronder mechanische tekeningen, schema's, berekeningen en elektrische diagrammen.
- Zorg ervoor dat oplossingen in overleg met meerdere disciplines worden ontwikkeld om ervoor te zorgen dat deze in overeenstemming zijn met de projectdoelen.
- Implementeer verbeteringen voor de integratie van geleverde componenten en systemen in de schipontwerp en andere maritieme systemen, in nauwe samenwerking met relevante stakeholders.
- Assisteer bij het opstellen van technische en functionele specificaties, waaronder systeemomschrijvingen en installatieprocedures.
- Verifieer de technische prestaties van producten en systemen door middel van dynamische simulaties en inspecties bij leveranciersfaciliteiten, evenals tijdens installatie aan boord.
- Bied technische ondersteuning aan tijdens zeevaartproeven, HAT en SAT op de bouwplaats.
- Blijf in nauwe contact met technische vertegenwoordigers van leveranciers en klanten.
- Coach collega's en neem deel aan ontwerkontwerpen en -reviews om ervoor te zorgen dat de vereiste kwaliteitseisen worden gehaald.
- Bijdrage aan evaluatieprocessen en stimuleer de continue verbetering van kennisoverdracht en -behoud binnen het afdelings.

Je profiel

Om succesvol te zijn als Senior Integration Engineer Marine Systems, moet je beschikken over:

- Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante technische discipline, met een minimum van drie jaar ervaring in maritieme systemen, vooral binnen maritieme scheepsbouw, offshore of commerciële sectoren.
- Een bewezen geschiedenis van het beheren van complexe projecten, waaronder samenwerking met reguliere instanties, derde partijen en onderaannemers.
- Sterke vaardigheden in klantgerichte oriëntatie, focus op resultaten en kwaliteit, teamwork, creativiteit en probleemoplossing.
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Goede referenties, aangezien een voor-uit dienstverlening beveiligingsscherming deel uitmaakt van de selectieprocedure, gegeven de militaire aard van het project.
