Sensory Panel Leader

MMR Research Worldwide LTD is seeking a highly skilled Sensory Panel Leader to join our team. As a Sensory Panel Leader, you will be responsible for managing sensory panels and leading panel sessions on clients' projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth delivery of sensory research and consistently deliver high-quality descriptive analysis data.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage sensory panels and lead panel sessions on clients' projects.
  • Design and implement sensory research methodologies and run sessions as needed.
  • Work with clients to ensure the best methodologies and practices are applied.
  • Prepare panel sessions on sensory software as needed.
  • Recruit and train new panellists to maintain panel numbers.
  • Analyse panel monitoring data and provide feedback to panellists.
  • Handle product preparation and serving for project smooth running.
  • Keep clients updated on project progress and provide draft lexicons and topline results.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop new sensory methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Food Science/Sensory Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of Sensory/Statistical Analysis.
  • Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English.
  • Experience in sensory panel management.
  • Experience with sensory software and data analysis.
  • Exposure to an FMCG environment.
