We zijn op zoek naar een dynamische en communicatieve persoon die zich kan ontwikkelen in een uitdagende rol. Als Supervisor Warehouse bij Tempo-Team ben je de sleutelfiguur in de distributiecentrale en zorg je ervoor dat alle logistieke processen soepel verlopen.

Wie ben jij?

Als Warehouse Supervisor ben je:

  • Volledig beschikbaar van 08:00-17:00
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden

Wat ga je doen?

Als Warehouse Supervisor ben je de drijvende kracht achter de dagelijkse operaties van je afdeling of shift. Met een team van 25 tot 35 toegewijde collega's zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Je houdt een overzicht, zorg je ervoor dat de productiviteit hoog blijft en dat procedures correct worden gevolgd. Deadline's halen? Geen probleem, dat is je sterke punt. Met je energie en leiderschap zorg je voor een succesvolle en soepele afdeling.

  • Coordineren en leiden van een afdeling met enthousiasme en focus.
  • Je houdt een close eye op KPI's, kwaliteit, tijdregistraties en administratieve processen op dagelijkse basis.
  • Je inspireert, coacht en motiveert je team om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
  • Je bouwt sterke relaties en communiceert helder, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.

Als Supervisor werk je in de distributiecentrale van Tempo-Team. Dit is een grote internationale onderneming. Je leidt een team van 25 tot 35 enthousiaste collega's en samen zorg je ervoor dat alle logistieke processen soepel verlopen. Je houdt de productiviteit hoog, procedures strak en zorg je ervoor dat deadline's worden gehaald. Er is een prettige en informele werkomgeving. Dat voelt als thuiskomen elke dag.
