Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to enhance our digital assets, explore new trends in 3D digital material creation, and provide technical design support to our teams. As a crucial player in our organization, you will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our tools & workflows by supporting our teams at the forefront of our digitization efforts.

In this exciting position, you'll dive into the dynamic world of 3D trends, contributing to the quality of our digital materials and assets for adidas footwear and apparel. You'll stay ahead of the curve by exploring and implementing new trends in 3D digital material creation, keeping our library at the forefront of innovation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Enhancing digital assets: Contribute to the quality of our digital materials and assets for adidas footwear and apparel
  • Trend Exploration: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and implementing new trends in 3D digital material creation
  • Technical Design Support: Provide assistance to design teams in creating digital content by offering technical support and guidance when needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A student of CGI, Multimedia Art, Media Informatics, Communication Design, Computer Graphics or similar
  • Strong interest in 3D technologies like Modo, CLO3D, Substance, Blender or similar tools
  • Familiarity with the principles of PBR (Physical Based Rendering)
  • PBR Knowledge: Familiarity with the principles of PBR (Physical Based Rendering), emphasizing a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team
  • Gerber Skills or a similar pattern program
  • CLO 3D skills or a similar 3D program is a plus
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Passion for Textiles, Sports and Innovation
  • BASIC knowledge in pattern creation, from construction, grading and visualization
  • BASIC knowledge in workmanship and textile engineering
  • Self-driven with good communication skills
