Senior Business Development Manager for Executive Commitment Team

We are seeking a talented Commercial Team Lead for our Executive Commitment Team in Germany. This role will play a crucial part in our growth story as a key member of our commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the team by example, driving growth and performance as a Key Client Manager or Network Growth Manager.
- Work closely with the front-running B2B network delivered in a hybrid format of online and exclusive in-person events.
- Explore ways to take our service to the next level and lead our current and future talents.
- Manage team members' performance, providing feedback, coaching, and rewarding success.
- Communicate effectively and maintain a team-oriented approach in all situations.
- Experience in leading a commercial sales or telemarketing team, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Drive to work in the front-line yourself, with a minimum 50% time allocation to own customer work.
- The drive and flexibility to succeed within a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and convince others.
- A quick learner with a genuine interest in technology, business trends, and current affairs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to do more than the minimum.
- Excellent English and native-level German language skills are required for this position.
